In a nutshell, our journey together will help you transform your clarity, make you aware of your thoughts and feelings and eventually, keep you connected to yourself and as Brene Brown says “ share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness.”
What do the sessions feel like?
Session is that time and space, where I would wish for you to be truly yourself. I want you to feel at home and safe. Everything within the session remains confidential. I will be your non-judgemental companion who will listen to all you have to say with attention, open heart and mind. You can put your guard down and express yourself freely.
What happens during a session?
I will ask you questions, sometimes difficult and uncomfortable ones, to shine a light on your life and reveal things within you that may have been hidden. I believe that the answers lie within you. So I will not be making any decisions or giving directions but merely help you highlight the solutions.
We will create exercises and a step-by-step plan together to achieve your objective. You will be held accountable for creating the life you want. I will check in with you on a regular basis, motivate you when things get tough, push you out of your comfort zone, if needed and help you break down your walls when you show resistance.
I will provide you with an honest feedback on your progress, and help you recognize and change mindset and behavioral patterns that block you from feeling contentment and peace.
